Froggy needs to see this frog, we got out of the pool. He is huge!
Stretched out it was about nine inches long.
It jumped back in, but I had son get him out because I do not know if the salt water pool would hurt it.

We were under tornado watch until 2:00am.
I do not know how many inches of rain we got, still raining this morning.
Thundered, lightened, rained from 3:00 pm on.

So much rain but we needed it.
58 windy, cloudy, 66 sunny Monday, then back up to near 80.

River flood warnings until tomorrow. Have seen this river flood a few times.

It rained Friday, it rained Saturday, it's been raining all day today. But tomorrow it's supposed to change. Tomorrow it's supposed to snow! When will it ever end....

Staying inside out of the storm. Went riding yesterday. Only went 17 miles on those trails but feel like I went 217. Rocky and bumpy but had lots of fun.

Hell no, dave! They hold up their damn cell phones with a PICTURE of a lighter!

Back in my day, we had real lighters with real fire held up over our heads, while we smoked real cigarettes inside the building.

SNOW? GAAAAH!

We are having the first thunderstorms of the season this evening. Flash flood watch and all that happy stuff.

Supposed to be a pretty nice week, in the 60's, after this front passes.

yeah, I guess that off-roading is fun but a lot rougher than on-roading. LOL

was about 34 degrees here today, and actually went between spitting rain and spitting snow.

son & I met in Boston for Pokemon Go Community day. mr. mbspell got a pass due to his pneumonia, lol. was really cold and crummy out. I feel terrible for the runners. the Boston Marathon is tomorrow and it's supposed to be in the 40's and raining. UGH

Can I interrupt? I've been cooking for a lot of years. Frankly, I'm tired of it. We go out a lot more than we used to. Hell, we can finally afford it. But I'm also buying ready-made stuff. Some good, some not so good. Example: Ore-Ida Steam & Mash Potatoes. Tweaked, just as good as I can make and lots easier. Voila Family Meals - some really good, some I wouldn't buy again. So now I'm looking for a good mac & cheese product. Frozen/refrigerated/whatever. Anyone?

sorry, I got nothing. I don't like mac & cheese. my kids get boxed stuff, or both grandmothers make a homemade. I've never tried the frozen ones.

Bob Evans refrigerated is good. Stouffers frozen is good too.

Do y'all do the frozen mashed cauliflower? Comes in plain, garlic, or sour cream & chive. YUM!

We just spent 20 minutes in the basement. Storms went right around us, to the east and to the west. No more rotation reported in the area.

Whew. It's good for us to have a tornado drill every so often. Priscilla was very brave.

Thank you, I'll put them on my grocery list. Wait, who makes the cauliflower ones? I don't like pot pies but husband really likes Marie Callendar's chicken pot pie. I buy them for him. Then I get something with lots of broccoli or Brussels sprouts because he doesn't like those. Anyone else?

AND...3 of them are something Oogie likes.

I actually passed on Crystal Method last weekend.
Could've travelled to Columbus for Front 242. But I might see Killing Joke there later this year.

We buy the cheap crap. Don't tell our foodie group.

Oogie dislikes cauliflower so I rarely get it. I've heard of pizza crust made of cauliflower.
We do like to roast asparagus and Brussels sprouts. And I'll steam broccoli.

Hai Guz...

Thanks for sending the bail money for my human. I was getting hungry.

Actually, he was a little "under the weather"

I don't know what that means, but he got lots of nice visits from the little humans (that pick me up and squeeze me) (and some big humans) while he NEVER seemed to get dressed...well...that part is nothing new.

But he wanted me to tell you he is alive. He misses you people.
