Their Story
It was the summer of Pokémon Go. People around the world suddenly took to the streets in July 2016, going to that park they had always meant to visit, finding new areas in their town they had never explored. Connections were being made in person and online, with three factions teaming up and making plans to take each other down.
Nathan happened to notice a woman on his team, with a good sense of humor, and the same love of the game that he had. Through forum posts and daily chats, they formed a friendship, and eventually he offered to take Caroline and her two kids out for a day at the zoo. She was enamored with how well Nathan and the kids got along, and how easy-going the whole day was. A romance soon blossomed, and the more they saw each other, the more they wanted to stay.
Four years later, they took a trip to Caroline's favorite childhood vacation spot, [REDACTED]. After hiking the [REDACTED] to its scenic rock face, Nathan proposed as they gazed out into the endless blue sky on a perfect day. She said, of course!
Now the couple invite their friends and family to join them in their happiness this fall, as they are united as one. Oh, and Woot! might be there too.
