This delightful collection is the perfect balance of salty and sweet. A sprinkling of fleur de sel French salt turns our already delicious milk and dark chocolate caramels into an extraordinary experience. The combination of gourmet artisan salt, slow cooked buttery caramel, and premium Guittard milk and dark chocolate brings a harmonious blend of flavors to your palate.

Tasting Notes: Our old fashioned buttery caramel is slow cooked in copper kettles over an open flame, enrobed in rich dark chocolate, then sprinkled with Fleur de Sel sea salt.

Fleur de Sel Coffee Caramel Tiles

Our coffee caramels are a gourmet food lover's dream! They start out with our rich and creamy caramel base which we then add dark roast coffee to. These delicious tiles are then enrobed in luxurious dark chocolate finished with a dark chocolate stripe. This is the trifecta of flavors for all.

(The coffee caramel tiles are about one inch wide and a half inch depth and there are approximately 32 pieces in the one pound box)
