Snuggle into for its warmth and sleep peacefully

I don't know what the other reviewers definition of the temperatures of warm or of hot but let me tell you, the heated mattress pad I put on my bed, has a very wide range of heat. Outside it was 32 degrees F and we have our thermostat set at 65 degrees F during the winter. I started out with the setting at High because one of the reviews said this product did not produce much warmth. I very quickly was becoming like toast. I turned the temperature setting down to #3 and waited a while with the covers off. Even that level was, for me, too warm for sleeping. I ended up with the temperature setting on LO for the night. It was the right level of heat to sleep all night. This heated mattress pad is the one my wife and I can snuggle into for its warmth and sleep peacefully.

At least as good as more expensive pads I have had in the past. It fit my deep queen size bed with material to spare. It gives off plenty of heat to warm the bed initially, and in the middle of the night if you wake up a little chilly, you can turn it on for a few minutes and you're comfortable again before you know it. This mattress pad is an excellent purchase. THIS STOPPED WORKING AFTER TWO MONTHS. I TRIED CONTACTING THE COMPANY, BUT I GET THE "RUN AROUND" FROM EVERYONE I SPEAK WITH. I HAVE BEEN WAITING TWO WEEKS FOR AN ANSWER FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE !! Customer service finally answered, they sent me a prepaid return label and told me once they received the mattress pad back, I would get a FULL REFUND. After three weeks, today I got it back in the mail with a note that says they can't offer a refund because "it's not an Eddie Bauer product". These people are cheats--plain and simple.
