I absolutely love this graphene-infused heating pad! It heats up incredibly fast — within a minute, just like it promises — and the warmth is deep and soothing, not just surface-level like some other pads. The weight of the pad is perfect too; it gently hugs my neck, shoulders, and back, helping the heat really penetrate and relieve tension and soreness. The six heat settings and four auto-timer options are super convenient, letting me customize it depending on how I’m feeling. The material is soft and high quality, and it feels very luxurious. Plus, it’s lightweight and flexible enough to wrap comfortably around different areas. This would make an amazing gift for anyone dealing with stress, muscle aches, or just needing a little extra comfort. Honestly, I wish I had bought it sooner!

NECK heat pad, not shoulder

Heats up quickly. Heat is concentrated in back of neck. Barely warms back of shoulders- does not wrap around front at all so essentially this is a NECK heating pad. CLASP BUTTON DOES NOT WORK, which is irritating. Weighted- I guess, sort of. Maybe I just have high standards of what I think products should do? Almost everything we have the option to buy nowadays SUCKS. It’s 2025, can’t we just make a better product? Happy to pay a higher price for something that works as it’s intended and doesn’t break- but apparently it just doesn’t exist
