Fleur de Sel Chocolate Covered Caramels
This delightful collection is the perfect balance of salty and sweet.  A sprinkling of fleur de sel French salt turns our already delicious milk chocolate caramels into an extraordinary experience. The combination of gourmet artisan salt, slow cooked buttery caramel, and premium Guittard milk and dark chocolate brings a harmonious blend of flavors to your palate.

Tasting Notes: Our old fashioned buttery caramel is slow cooked in copper kettles over an open flame, enrobed in rich dark chocolate, then sprinkled with Fleur de Sel sea salt.

Ingredients: Milk Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk, chocolate liquor, soya lecithin, vanilla and vanillin an artificial favor), Dark Chocolate (chocolate liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, milk fat (butter), Corn Syrup, Sugar, Whipping Cream, Evaporated Milk (milk, dipotassium phosphate, carrageenan, vitamin D3), Butter, Soya Lecithin, Vanilla, Salt.
