Please read and follow the instructions that appear below before removing your mattress from the materials in which it was packed for shipment. 1. Before removing the packaging materials, place the mattress on a flat firm surface. Using scissors, carefully, cut and remove the outer plastic sleeve, be careful not to cut the cover or foam. 2. Slowly unroll the mattress. 3. Do Not un-fold or attempt to peel the foam apart after unrolling. Rather, allow the mattress to unfold naturally and regain its original shape. Finish unfolding by gently smoothing the mattress.
