Directions
1. Dry your teeth with a clean towel. 2. Tear the side of one of the strip-packages to open it. Place the long strip on the front of your upper teeth (gel side to teeth), and the short strip on the front of your lower teeth. Adjust the strips with your fingers so that they cover your teeth and press them so that the gel is spread out. Fold the rest of the strip to the back of your teeth. 3. Remove the strips after 30 minutes. Discard used strips and brush your teeth or rinse your mouth to remove any remaining gel.
