Fisherman’s Brew – Indonesian Sumatra Dark Roast-Whole Bean

Okay, maybe those aren’t the real Billy Joel lyrics, but it’s those same fishermen he refers to that inspired this roast. We lived near Montauk, Long Island for many years, home to many of these fisherman.
The beans are of a single origin from the Indonesian island of Sumatra, specifically the renowned subregion of Lintong.
This is our darker, heartiest roast! The region is known for its earthy and savory flavors, along with dark chocolate and tobacco- exactly what you find in this coffee!

Sailor's Brew – Guatemalan Medium Roast- Whole Bean
This is our “go-to” roast, especially when we are at sea. We have a deep love of the seas, and crave to raise our sails. Once we raise the sails and douse the engine, and all you hear is the hull slicing through the water – peace and calmness showers us. That’s our ahhhhh moment. We kick up feet, Sailor’s Brew in hand and savor the moment, flavors and aromas.
The beans are of a single origin, from the high altitude region of Huehuetenango of western Guatemala. The farm began in 1960 and is owned and operated by the husband and wife team, Dõna and Mario Sosa.
Medium roasted, brings out beautiful floral aromas, and flavors citrus peel, baked cherries and milk chocolate. Silky and beautiful tasting!

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe – Light roast - Whole Bean
This is a light roast of Organic beans from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia.
Flavors include notes of Black Tea, Watermelon and Juniper. It is medium body with bright acidity.
