Spices:

• Original Super Chunk – our all purpose seasoning with fennel and thyme.
• Latin Heat – our spicy Mexican rub that’s excellent on steak and seafood.
• BBQ Sweet Heat – our spicy all purpose seasoning with lots of garlic and spice.
• Moroccan Twist – our version of a light fresh curry, excellent on lamb, chicken and corn.

All our spices are certified Gluten Free. Each tin has 1.75 oz. of spice rub.

Sauces:

• Sweet & Spicy Cajun Grilling Sauce Our 3 time award winner. It has a really terrific sweet heat flavor that sneaks up on you. Sweetened with brown sugar and spiced with cayenne pepper.
• Sweet & Tangy Marinade and Mop Sauce Originally created for competition BBQ. Now, we use it for stir fry with ginger and sesame oil. It’s perfect for pulled pork!

Each sauce jar is 14.6 oz. Both are Low sodium! Fat Free! No additives or flavorings, No MSG, No GMOs. Vegan friendly. Smoke free.
