In old-timey movie theaters, there wasn't any sound. Instead they would have a pianist play live accompaniment to whatever they were showing. Hiring a piano player to accompany everything you watch at home would be really cool! But also really expensive. And maybe kind of awkward. A soundbar might be a better option.
