Spilled shampoo, cap can very easily open. Shampoo okay.

I ordered this product twice. The first time i received the product, it was very upsetting. The bottle was pretty much empty by the time I opened the box. The shampoo was spilled all over the box./dried (you cannot see the cap but it was right next to the shampoo bottle). The box was intact so I don’t know how that happened as you can see the picture attached. The second time I ordered the shampoo. I received the shampoo in good condition. I did notice the cap to the shampoo bottle is very easy to twist and open, the shampoo is quiet expensive and this is probably something that needs to be reconsidered and improved.
