simplehuman Code M Drawstring Trash Bags

For being NYT Wirecutter best trash bags, I'm disappointed. I have the actual trash can this company makes, great product. However, these are about double the cost per bag of other high quality brands that stretch before breaking. Literally almost every single one of these bags ripped. Not catastrophically, but to some extent. I wasn't asking them to hold sharp metal scraps or something. I'd place the empty plastic salad boxes in it and almost every time these would cause a hole. Again, they never split open and released all the trash, but the holes would let coffee grounds and small bits leak out. Not impressed.
