Great value for the medication Picked these up and was pleased with the price point for 40 caplets. At $8.57, this is a good deal for effective menstrual pain relief medication. Does what it's supposed to do - provides relief from cramps, headaches, and bloating as advertised. The 40-count bottle gives you good value and lasts a decent amount of time. Sometimes you just need reliable medication at a fair price, and this delivers on both counts. Good product at a good price.

Not as fast as I hoped

I took Midol expecting quick relief, but it took about 30 minutes before I actually noticed any effect. It did help eventually, but if you’re looking for something fast-acting, this might not be it. Decent overall, but a bit slower than I expected.
