Recommend for pregnancy!

38 weeks and have been doing this vaginally every night. the smell is gagging to me. (pregnancy hormones lol). I poke a small hole in the capsule and insert as close to cervix as possible. It does leak out most of the time, but it’s not a big deal. The ingredients are super simple + natural, which I love in pregnancy! I was 50% effaced + 2cm dilated, used this for 4 days, and was 75% effaced + 3cm dilated! I did not take any orally, but they are gel caps, and based off the feeling of them, they should be easy to swallow. They are a larger size pill, so if you are planning to take it orally, be prepared for that. Quality is great. I feel like I sleep better after insertion, so that’s always a big plus!

Disappointed with Packaging and Capsule Integrity | Capsules Arrived Broken and Leaking Oil

I can't speak to the efficacy of this product yet, as I just received it yesterday. However, I noticed that two of the oil capsules were broken upon arrival, and the rest were coated in oil. When I handled the other capsules, the seams where the two halves connect felt dry and brittle—some even broke with light pressure. I've never encountered this issue with supplements from this brand or any other. Based on this, my initial impression is that the product quality is poor, as the capsules don't seem to hold up well.
