Nice chocolate

it's dark chocolate. Not overpoweringly sweet. When I eat chocolate I eat one that I like, not hershey's. I used to get the Lindt in the white wrapper, they stopped making it. For me 85% cacao is the spot. More Cacao and it is a bit too bitter and not candy, less and it is too sweet. You may be different. Whatever you like Lindt is a fine chocolate.

Amazon Dropped the Ball on This One!

I love this chocolate. It ticks all the right boxes of my chocolatey taste desires. However, this current order arrived with a cold pack that was...well...warm. It was in an insulated box but why was it not kept cold! My previous order of the Lindt 70% Dark Chocolate arrived with a nicely cool ice pack. The bars were just the right temp and perfect. But not this time! I was able to get the box into the fridge to cool it down. The bar I tested was not melted but barely solid. No nice snap of the chocolate squares, uh-uh, not this time. So this was a real close call. I almost had chocolate sauce in rectangular boxes! Amazon usually does it right, so this was quite a disappointment. Perhaps someone in the warehouse will take note of this review and take extra precautions on perishable items. Amazon - you got this!
