The best totally natural salt you can buy. When you look deeply into the product contents, you see that it has enough potassium to balance the sodium and also as much natural iodine as iodized salt, but without the bitter taste. This salt is pure salt from natural salt deposits without processing to remove all the important minerals.

The salt tastes good enough. It tastes like, well, salt. And I suppose all the additional minerals in there are probably good for you on some level. To my palette, though, it doesn't taste any better or worse than a good pink Himalayan salt. It defintely tastes better than Morton's, though. But there's sand it. A good bit. I cook a lot of soup and when I cook soup with this, there's sand in the bottom of the pot and off each bowl. At least I hope it's sand. I cooked with it a few times and then ended up just throwing it out. The grit outweighs, for me, any health or taste benefit it may have.
