I’ve been buying this exact kibble for years now and no complaints. My cat is healthy and really enjoys this kibble. Her diet is a combination of wet food and dry, so I give her this mostly as a midday snack. High quality and good price (:

Damaged bag, dry food was stale

My cat loves Purina Cat Chow Indoor Cat formula. This bag arrived and it looked "crinkled" before I opened it, especially down the sides and at the top--like it had been handled and "balled up" or the top had been rolled down to make it more compact. It was wrinkled, although the bag appeared unopened. As I was checking it I noticed that there was air escaping from the bag but I could not find the hole. It turns out that wherever the hole was, it enough to make the dry kibble inside "stale" and my cat won't eat it. Super disappointed in this and can't send it back because I already dumped the food into a storage container and disposed of the damaged bag.
