Pamela's Products Ultimate Baking/Pancake Mix

Maybe I received a package that was off. So far Bisquick gluten free pancake mix which still rises and tastes great is the best tasting and rising mix I have yet too find but ridiculously pricey for the amount you get in a box. The package I receive did not live up to the positive reviews - from a taste view point. It is better than most gluten free brands - which I have tried a lot off - since I love pancakes. This just tastes bland and is not worth the calories. Now I did not throw this out - as I have 95% of the other gluten free pancake mixes that just tasted awful. ( I hate eating food so it says a lot that I threw out entire packages) I once rented a house which happened to have this amazing gluten free mix - that I have yet to find again.
