The only thing I use for waterproof mascara removal!

This stuff is THE. BEST. I’ve used this for decades now and while I’ve tried cheaper ones I’ve never found they work even a fraction as well. I wear waterproof mascara and have found when I don’t use this one I lose lashes from having to scrub so hard to get off the days layers. Can’t recommend enough. Waterproof comes off in a gentle swipe. Perfect!

Questioning substance change in product

I usually love this item. This time the liquid in the bottle has a layer of foam right below the top section. I don't know what this is and why this happened. I'm assuming it is part of the formula but have never seen this previously and hopefully it is not a soapy substance that will be too harsh on my eyes. Would like to hear back from Clinique.
