I don't know if I or you need vitamins. I don't know if they help you not get sick when flying on airplanes, which are likely the easies place to put a couple of hundred people in a very small space sharing each other's viruses and germs. But this I do know. I enjoy Orangish artificial, calorie free taste of this vitamin drink when the tablet is dissolved in cold water with ice. And I have survived a lot of airplane flights.
