I have been taking two a day for a few weeks now. How to tell if my iron and ferritin levels have increased but I can update when I get my test next time. It does give me some stomach issues so I take extra vitamin C with it.

Not Bad but does have after effects

Very good iron absorption. But beware that it does give you a bad burp aftertaste and I would not recommend taking before a flight due to bloating.
