beware if you develop tinnitus or know someone with it,

I want to add another 'cause' of tinnitus, at least for me. I was taking quantities of analgesics for headaches, back pains, etc. Aspirin + caffeine, Advil, naproxen, Tylenol. Just that level of anti-inflammatories. Tylenol plain, 12 hour, plus as a sleep aid, was my usual to go for choice. Then I started experiencing this ringing. At first, I thought it was external, outside the house, the room, the computer fan. Until I realized it was in my head. There was a name for this? White noise helped, the fan at the right decibels and frequencies. However, what really made it go away forever, was the discovery that the true and only cause was the Tylenol!!!!!! I did the Sci. method. once I suspected, I began eliminating everything from my diet and added it back in. Bingo, once the Tylenol was added the tinnitus immediately returned. Within 24 hours, after my first and last dose of Tylenol, the tinnitus disappeared. wishing ya all Good fortune and health
