There is a bit of sugar though, but it's not super sweet. Basically it's rice, vegan chocolate, sweeteners, and then a few seeds and a touch of oil, salt and cranberries. The ingredients: Rice Protein Crisp (Rice Protein Concentrate and Rice Flour), Crisp Rice (Rice Flour), Semi Sweet Dark Chocolate (Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter), Crystalline Fructose, Almonds, Tapioca Syrup, Brown Rice Syrup, Organic Agave Syrup, Chicory Root Fiber, Cranberries (Sugar), Rice Protein, Pumpkin Seeds, Flaxseed, Water, Organic Acacia Gum, Flaxseed Oil, Natural Flavors, Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt, Walnuts. 160 calories 5g fat 27g Carbohydrate 4g Fiber 13g Sugar 9g Protein Not bad for a between meal snack.
