Kiehl's Cucumber Herbal Alcohol-Free Toner 16.9 oz

This toner was harder to find than I expected. I originally wanted this toner and they were sold out in the Khiels store, didn’t carry it at Sephora or department stores. Seriously hard to track down. In the end it was super watery and way too astringent for my skin. It reminded me of old school neutrogena or st. Ives. It’s described as soothing, calming etc. But it irritated my skin worse than before I had started using the it. Honestly, not worth the money or the hunt.
