Selsun Blue Medicated Antidandruff Shampoo

My head sweats a lot. This shampoo has been a life saver. I use it once a week and it helps keep the itchy dandruff away during that time (unless i sweat a lot then I jeed to use it twice a week) No other shmpoo comes close to helping my sweaty itchy dandruff head. (My dandruff is caused by the sweating and the sweating makes my head very itchy) Will be keeping this in my routine for as long as possible. Shampoo does not dry out my hair, i do however use a very good conditoner, but when i run out i do notice the shampoo still leaves my hair in decent condition. The smell isnt great, but i have gotten used to it. Its a medicated menthol smell. Not awful and doesnt seem to linger after the shower. Consistnecy is really nice. Its thick liquid and easily suds up. I usually start this process in my hands. I only apply to scalp and roots. I do not apply purposely to mid hair saft and ends. (Those areas almost never need shampoo apllied to them unless you've used a lot of hair products and are using a clarifying shampoo) Bottle lasts me a decent while (couple months) as it doesnt take much to wash your scalp and hair roots. I massage this in very well really digging into my scalp with finger pads. I then let it sit for approx 10 minutes before rinsing. My hair is dandrudd free as long as i use this. To reiterate its caused my head/scalp sweating which it does way more then most ive noticed.
