I like Papaw but it hasn't changed my life. I think if you can get your hands on it through amazon prime, then give it a try but don't jump through hoops. I do like that compared to some of the intense hand therapies out there that have a lot of protellium jelly, papaw does absorb into the skin within 10-15 minutes so you don't feel greasy.
