So good, even Men's Health mag recommends it
By Centriculous on Reviewed in the United States on June 8, 2013
QUICK SUMMARY: I decided to choose a few diet supplements and begin regularly taking them with my meals, hopefully to help maintain a healthy lifestyle. When doing research on what my options were, I decided to go with a multi-vitamin. Among multi-vitamins, Centrum Silver was notable for the accolades its received, and for being very affordable. Recommended! BACKGROUND: I've never consistently taken diet supplements of any sort, yet I have enjoyed very good, overall health for years. As I've grown older, though, I thought it best to consider adding some diet supplements to help maintain my lifestyle. After researching multi-vitamins, both the pros and the cons, I've determined that there's a greater probability that they will help my health than harm it. So, if I could find an affordable multi-vitamin that also has good efficacy, I was game. My research led me to Centrum Silver. Why Centrum Silver for Men? Do a search for "Centrum Silver Research" and you'll see recent articles that say that Centrum Silver was linked to an 8% reduction of cancer risk for men. That's hardly a huge benefit -- unless you are the one who didn't get cancer because you were taking a multi-vitamin! Do another search for "best multi-vitamin for men" on the Men's Health magazine website, and you'll find that this young man's magazine actually lists Centrum Silver (made for men 50+) as a top multi-vitamin choice. Overall, Centrum Silver for Men (gotta get that lycopene some way for your you-know-what) seems like a good choice. Now, compare its cost with the premium multi-vitamins that are available, and you'll have to decide whether you want to spend ten cents a day or a whole lot more than that (to get a bunch of vitamins and minerals that you should be getting anyway if you ate the way you know you're supposed to eat). For me, I'll happily spend ten cents a day and hope for the best than spend 50 cents or more a day for a different multi-vitamin (and still l'll just be hoping for the best).

Good Multi but

I also take a multi since the doctor thinks it's a good idea. I also have to take other supplements because this multi cannot do the whole job. I have to still take a vitamin D supplement, Vit C, Magnesium, B12, I'll be switching to Walmart's multi in 6 months unless I can return the recent order. I'll check back if necessary.
