It’s success is probably a mixture of placebo effect, and denial.

I’m not too sure if it’s a placebo effect, or genuinely effective. I think I breathe more clearly with this product, but I honestly can’t be sure either. So that’s my reasoning for why I can’t rate it higher than a 3/5. I have a deviated septum, and it’s great to feel relief for it, but if I can’t even tell if the relief is because of this product I can’t really recommend it. If you want the comfort, and can look past that, maybe it’s for you.
