Alba Botanica Very Emollient Shave Cream Coconut Lime 8 oz

Loved the Trader Joe’s shaving cream and have been hunting for one like it since they stopped selling it. I loved the ingredients and mindfulness of this product… However, it is so thick! I read reviews noting this, but thought maybe that was a positive because it could mean a little goes a long way which saves money in the long-run? But i have to use SO much of it to feel it works for some reason. It’s such a thick texture that it quickly clogs up my razor blade. I have tried it with both a 5 blade razor and single blade razor. If you’re a single blade shaver, then do NOT buy this product, as it takes forever to clear out the blade with water between strokes. It works fairly well with the 5 blade. I am going to try some other products and see if I can find a better match for me. I did appreciate that this one is truly unscented/ subtle in fragrance and seems less full of harmful chemicals. I may circle back if i can’t find anything better.
