I am on the fence about repurchasing or trying a different brand. These do taste great but they take forever to chew...it's like my teeth aren't sharp enough to break it down so I have to gnaw and gnaw and gnaw until a piece gives way here and a piece gives way there. Sometimes I don't even fully chew them and just swallow the half-masticated blob that's left in my mouth, which I'm sure does NOT help with digestion and may contribute to the next problem: flatulence. If the gas was a precursor to dropping more productive deuces, I'd say it equals itself out. I haven't noticed more frequent or easier stools, though, which is why I started these in the first place. So...I'm undecided with less than a week's worth left.
