It's difficult to open the bottle if one has arthritis--impossible to press the side of it hard enough.

I do not like the new design of the cap. It is difficult to pry open or press open. Otherwise, it is just the same as previous B&L Boston Advance Comfort that I have bought before. However, I MUCH prefer the type of cap that was used before. I will not buy this again unless the cap is changed to the way it was before,
