Love!~
By Ali Mar on Reviewed in the United States on June 6, 2013
It was time for me to buy a new pair of headphones so I was browsing along the interwebs looking for an option better than all my failed attempts at headphone products. (Read newer generations of skullcandy, utter crap!) I found many rave reviews of MEElectronics reviews online and a few friends backed this opinion up. I adore these headphones! Seriously the best cheap end (and better than most medium priced!) headphones I've ever bought! Pros: 1. I love the wood look, it is very pretty. 2. Right angled port plug in dealio - GREAT lifesaver for those of you with laptops with a headphone port on the side, seriously! These are getting harder to find these days, but this stupid little thing really helps me keep the headphones safe! 3. The sound! Oh do I love it! Those of you having issues moving and having crackling sounds, make sure to find the right size ear buds!! I put the medium in since the smalls looked so teeny tiny, and had all kinds of unheavenly sound problems and ear fatigue. Switched to the small gummies and they are good to go! No crackling when I move and very comfortable! Great sound, good balance of uppers and bass! And do I ever love bass! Another good thing is the volume, I don't have to crank up the volume to hear something clearly. 4. Clip. Another silly thing is the headphone clip that comes on the headphones. It makes it easier to prevent them from popping out if you're on the move or tend to fidget ungodly amounts while sitting. (Like I do!) 5. Packaging. They give you a good amount of accessories so you can find the perfect fit of earbuds, also the little case it comes with is super handy for extra earbuds and to hold the headphones on trips. I like organization, and I like that they included all of this with it for something that cost so little. 6. Very cheap for what you get. I can't believe how little I paid for these, seriously! These are my new favorite pair, and I am shocked they cost so little. 7. Cord tangle issues are pretty much eliminated with the cord texture they provide! I don't know why but they don't get all wrapped up and crazy like most do, and when they do get tangled, it only takes me a few seconds to figure them out because it doesn't "stick" to itself and cause problems. Cons: 1. Limited color options of wood. I'd like to see some more tones! A dark wood stain would be really pretty too! :) Overall I don't have any real complaints of these headphones and have recommended them to several friends! I think I'll pick up another pair for myself in the future and a different pair of MEElectronics to just see! Very solid 5 star review from me.

Great sound, if you sit perfectly still
By disco disaster on Reviewed in the United States on December 17, 2010
The wood housings add a richness and expansiveness to sound, especially the lows. I have to admit the sound quality is excellent and exceeds other earbuds I have used before. But to enjoy the quality you have to sit still, because the microphonics are loud and intrusive with these stiff plastic wires. Even with the shirt clip attached and the slider nearly to my chin to reduce wires tapping against each other, the slightest movement sends banging noises through the wires that makes it impossible to listen to comfortably. Even wearing them over the ear didn't work since they still conduct a lot of noise, and the wires are so stiff they keep slipping back over the tops of my ears. Using these earbuds while walking is like having wind blow constantly across a microphone. After two sessions I couldn't take it anymore and threw them away.
