Good Product, Pretty Good Deal from Amazon

This is a review of the Lindt Lindor Extra Dark Chocolate Truffles.
I bought a store display-case of 120 pieces, has a little flap for a retailer to fold down on the shelf.
Box is 50.8oz.
They are made in Stratham, New Hampshire under license from Lindt & Sprungli, Switzerland.
Ingredients: Bittersweet chocolate, vegetable oil, sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, milk, soya lecithin, barley malt powder, and artificial flavors.
Each truffle weights 12gm.
It is a slightly hard candy chocolate shell, and a liquid chocolate liquor center, in the typical way of a truffle.
It calls itself "extra dark" but does have milk and milkfat, so technically it's a milk chocolate, although it's more dark than milky.
They're good, very dark and rich. It's hard to eat more than 1 at a time. I'm also not crazy about "artificial flavors" but they are pretty good.
The deal from Amazon is $37 plus a little shipping.
Walgreens sells these on special, 2 boxes of 5oz for $7. So for $35, you'd had the equivalent of this box.
It works out to about the same. It's hard to match prices, I met a guy who worked at Lindt and he told me that they give drugstores in the US
some deep discounts, so buying from Amazon or anywhere online is mostly about having someone deliver it to your door.

Not fresh

Unfortunately it is not returnable. The candy was not fresh -- had sort of a whitish cast, and the inside was dried out. These are delicious if you can get fresh ones. My last 2 orders were not good.
