Gemstone Forest Wall Art

I had a very big wall that needed a big piece to be in good proportion to the furniture in the room, and the wall itself. I bought two of them, and put one slightly lower but overlaping a tiny bit. This way it looks like a continuation of the forrest instead of two seperate pieces. I bought them in 2012, as a homewarming gift, to myself. I purchased my first home in May 2011 and I looked all over for the perfect item, for this space. That means I've had this thing hanging on my wall for over 12 years now. It took me a long time to find the right piece for my room, and what drew me back to this multiple times was that it was made with GEMSTONES. I own a crystal shop, and I was so excited to have something with Gemstones and trees for this specific area of my home. I decorated my home using feng shui so I was looking for something very specific, and this item checked all the boxes, outside of it not quite being large enough for that space. I caught these on sale and decided to buy two, and see how if that would work - it did! The problem is: They are not actual gemstones attached to the tree. I sell gemstones, they are my life, so I can tell they are not actual gemstones. At best, they could be mother-of-pearl, but I am not completely convinced that its mother-of-pearl, which is not a gemstone, but a piece of a sea shell. Either way, it is absoltely beautiful and I would buy it again, despite the fact that they are not made with real gemstones. In terms of durability, I did have to fix a few of the stones, because they did fall off during shipment. I was not bothered at all by that, because it was an easy fix for me.. That said, the way it was packaged could have been better. If you look close enough at the picture, you can see that the lower one, on the right does have less (fake) gemstones on it, which of course I could have sent it back, but I decided that it gave it a bit more charm, since they are "trees" and should not look idential anyway. Aside from that, I would still buy it again.
