I'll be honest, I started taking this product on June 9, 2025, and I was having horrible problems with exaggerated constipation. I couldn't go to the bathroom for 7 days. This Metamucil resolved my complications 99% and I've lost 4 pounds. I'm very grateful that I decided to take it. Thank you.

Great tasting fiber supplement

Fiber supplement that taste great but must be consumed quickly to avoid getting too thick. This fiber has stopped working as well for me. Overall a positive product but not for everyone. Do your research.
