Got it this spring. I use it mainly for projects I need to clean and I do it on my back deck. The host pulls out nicely and then retracts out of the way with no effort. A big improvement over the big bulky garden hose I use for other purposes. I wish it were more matte than glossy, but not a big deal. The other reviews are correct ... you don't get the full length as you have to pull so hard - so it's necessary to be realistic and know ...25 feet gives you maybe 20 feet of workable hose; etc. I expected that and it's not a problem for me especially considering the convenience.

Didn’t even last three months. Only used three or four times. Has a defect and began leaking.

I have only used this hose a few times and today it started leaking badly. I bought it at the end of February and put it out in March and it already is trash. 😭
