Andes Crème de Menthe Individually Wrapped, 240 Count

I don't know how many stars to leave... Ordered two of these and delivery was great. One of them came with a full plastic seal around the lid and one did not. The that doesn't have the full plastic seal does have a product sticker/label that acts like a seal but you can still easily open the container with the sticker still intact. Again I thought everything was fine and then I reached in there today to grab a mint and there is some dirty ripped plastic inside the container. It feels like plastic from a cheap plastic bag. Real flimsy... I just don't think the one container of these mints was new or properly sealed. I did weigh each container upon arrival and they were both the same weight +/- 2 oz.
