AprilAire 413 Replacement Filter

I love this filter. Conway installed new HAVC system & told me i can get the same filter on Amazon 50% cheaper. Its still way too expensive for any filter. I still have dust all over everything. My home was built in 2003 for me and they say have your air ducts cleaned them some say do nit do that its a waste of money they also say when you get a new HVAC system it can cause dust to be worse. I hate the dust i wish there was a fix. I tried using little filters on my register's but they do not recommend that so i took them down. Did not notice much of a change. And you cannot use a return filter either !! I still like this filter. I wish they would put the black cross bars on the filter it would be more sturdy. I saw another 413 but different company and i want the best filter and i was told by conway to stay with this brand. These don’t last a full year but it does last 8-10 months. I have seen people in the comments saying 6 months. My Nest App is supposed to tell me when to change my filter but i have never seen it do that !!!! I have also read thru the reviews the 3* & 4* and they are having issues with different things. Im sticking with thus brand i think it probably cost $5-$10 to make so they are making a massive profit.
