Green Mountain Dark Roast Coffee 24 Ct K-Cups

I agree with other reviewers - this is an excellent cup of clean, strong, dark, bold coffee without any bitterness. I bought a Keurig mini a couple weeks ago (from that retailer with the 20% coupons). Along with it, I picked up the 18 pack of Tully's Italian roast, which is about the same per cup cost as the Green Mountain. The Tully's is good, but this is much better. My only complaint is that the picture on the Amazon website does not match the actual product. It's a nit, but it annoys me a little. Both the pic and the product say "Dark Magic" and "Extra Bold" on the package, so I'm not concerned it's not the same product, but just sayin'. I also think the manufacturer could come up with better packaging - instead of having a bunch of K-cups bobbing around in a too big container, why not come up with a better fitting container, or shrink wrap them, or something. One reviewer complained that one of his K-cups broke open during shipment, likely because of the fact that they're loose and bouncing all around. Those minor criticisms aside, I give this 5 stars and will continue to order it from Amazon. By the way, Ontrac delivered this for me. There was a mixup - I was home but the delivery guy left a door tag. The Ontrac customer service rep contacted him and he returned later the same day to deliver the package, with a big smile and zero attitude. I wish Amazon would use Ontrac whenever it can. Their service far exceeds UPS's, and Fedex, well, they don't even know the meaning of customer service. If I could exclude Fedex from being used for all my deliveries, I'd do it in a heartbeat.
