Does exactly what I need!

This is probably my absolute favorite probiotic. It's the highest quality with the best blend for women for a decent price. As someone with all kinds of gut issues, these provide considerable relief. I have less bloating, gas, and discomfort over all. They also have a good blend for women's health, keeping everything under control, and preventing yeast. Truly a full spectrum product. Not sure if it's necessary, but I do store mine in the fridge.

These didn’t really work for me, even though I was really hoping they would. Might just be something with me, since I’ve had the same experience with a few other products too.
