Andalou Naturals Brilliant Shine Hair Spray

I have been using this product for many years, I had stocked up on it but made a mistake, full well knowing it usually has a 2yr expiration date, and then a month ago I purchased one from Amazon...~ and I was shocked!! I received Andalou's newest formula, they call it ON THE LABEL, 2-1 Setting Spray (Sunflower and Citrus) ...I am very careful about what products I use, so I started to read the reviews from many women kind of confused in loving it and like me ''no way'' would I ever use this! It's awful, very drying very tacky and awful ingredients... (please read a review that I came across dated ''December 31, 2024'' a One Star Rating by the name JLO) ~ This review from this ''truth teller customer'' got me to look very close at ''Why'' the confusion some women had. First off, the ingredients on this webpage( Amazon) are completely different than the new product, those ingredients that you can read are when the product was a great hairspray, starting off with first ingredient called aloe, this new one has ''Water'' as the first one, just holy cow! The bottle is a ''round type one'' ~ Even on their website they show the ''flat bottle with Non GMO'' on the label, but oh wow, I checked out the ingredients and they are the "Newest sticky awful mess ones" ~ This company is not the same as many of us remember, most all of their products or at least what I used for years have been ruined by the new ingredients...So, I ordered again, hoping I'd get what is advertised.. But, I just rec'd the same spray "2-1 Setting Spray" ~ (blue print letters on the front label) ~ it is b/c this company, my guess is sending off to Amazon, their new and horrible hairspray! And there are old ones, here and there in warehouses is my guess....Sorry for the long tale but this was truly haunting me b/c women are smart cookies and we are getting, in my opinion deceived.....If you receive a spray with the very ''First Ingredient'' called Aloe then you are blessed, if you get one with WATER as first ingredient...I feel badly for you. ~ I just wanted to have a clear mind and help out the confusion...I surely hope this review gets printed, I feel it is not Amazon's fault at all. I know many of us are heartsick, sounds weird, when a product we loved has been, as JLO says, ''trashed'' And I totally agree ( her review DEC 31, 2024, Thank you Ms JLO) Now I take take a deep breath and Breathe, God bless!
