DOA but Support Send New Working One

I received my order and it did not work out at all. But they have great customer support. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement quickly at no cost without having to send in the old one. The new one works as advertised. Very happy. I ordered because my wireless mouse and keyboard were not always responding to the dongles behind my desktop that I use as a media center on a TV across the room. This product allowed the dongles to be more out in the open and my device inputs now respond perfectly.

The biggest disadvantage is that frequently, only 1 device can be plugged in to this product

In many ways, this product deserves 5 stars. The cord is longer than 12 inches - long enough for most applications. The problem of unwanted dust getting into any unused USB ports, which is common on other USB port hub products, is much less of a problem with this USB port hub product because: (1)there are only 2 USB ports instead of 4 or 5, and (2)if 1 out of the 2 USB ports is kept unused, the weighted head will point downward or sideways making it difficult for dust to enter. HOWEVER, this product becomes useless if 1 out of the 2 devices that need to be plugged into this product has a large (fat) head area. This problem is similar to when a transformer is plugged into an electrical extension cord outlet multiplier. After plugging in the transformer, the other electrical devices can't be plugged in because the transformer hogs the entire space where other electrical cords need to be plugged in.
