I have used Adore for about 6 yrs off & on...this photo history : mixed Paprika, Cajun Spice & conditioner. 1. My dark hair had been permanently dyed red / brown. 2. Exposed to salt water 3. Bleach bathed - same week as salt water 4. Hair turned (goldish/brassy) 5. Washed- no conditioner 6. Next day applied Cajun Spice, Paprika, + conditioner mix to DRY mid to bottom for 1 hour 7. Rinsed with conditioner only & tepid/ cool water. Today am adding Crimson. More posts to come. * I received no money for reviews😺

Color fades unevenly and in different shades of ugly, hair feels damaged after color fades.

Color applies well, but fades horribly. The texture of my hair after it washes out over the weeks is awful. My hair felt more damaged than box dye I used to use by the end of the color lifespan in my hair, it was dry and dull. Most purples fade beautifully that I’ve dealt with, this fades into 6 different ugly shades of blue and grey all together at the same time, unevenly. It’s inexpensive and the color is beautiful for the first week, but after that it’s all downhill. If you’re great at upkeep it’s not terrible, but you can absolutely find better options that last longer without damage to your hair. I wouldn’t recommend this.
