Supreme Round Bidet Toilet Seat

This thing is junk! first off this is my third BioBidet in about ten years the first two were entry level $200. units that served me well but died from the dreaded broken lid. They were otherwise still working well. But this one cost me $400. I specifically bought it because it appears to have a stronger lid with a different design than my previous models. I'm very used to installing these but this one didn't work when I got it hooked up (the buttons on the unit worked but the remote did not) so I called customer support. They said it was a near field remote and needed to be in "line of sight" of the black control box on the unit to work, so I tried and tried to get it to work, finally it did but only if I hold it upside down (the transmitter is pointed out the top) and within 16 inches away on the right side ONLY (close to the black receiver on the unit). you can not mount it on the left side, you can not hold it in front of you, if you have a wall on the right side of your toilet it might work... UPSIDE DOWN! I should have demanded my money back right then and there but now I live with this junk, it's too expensive at any price. This is not the Bidet you want.
