March 2016: To this day I have not recieved an email or phone call. (It still doesn't work)! The company Does Not back it product. I can't believe that Amazon is still carrying this company and product. And I am surprized that Amazon itself hasn't contacted me. This was by far the biggest waste of money and time. It's cost me money from the start. First - The battery was bad, as in wouldn't even take a charge. Had it tested at (Batteries Plus). I was bummed but ok with it. Bought 2 more and a charger for the batteries. Thought finallyI'm going to have it all ready to go for my big adventure. But Nooooooooo! It powers up fine but now it won't record or take still photos. When through the manual again and thought I was doing something wrong. Followed directions to a "T". Still nothing! I could change the date, time and setting but still no video or photos. I have emailed the company twice in the last 2 months and not one return email. I even email AMAZON and didn't get any kind of response. So! I'm not very happy all the way around. AMAZON needs to pull this product and any other product this company sells.
