Best kind of ice pack

Great ice pack. I bought because it looked flexible and I had broken my ankle in 2 places, so wanted it to wrap a bit. Really good type of cold, nothing hard, and keeps for a long time. Worked great for me. I only spent $8 on it, but would buy again for $10+

Doesn’t stay frozen for more than one use

It’s fine but unfortunately it doesn’t stay frozen for very long at all. If you use it for twenty minutes, and then wait thirty (because you need time to rest between icing any body part) it’s lost 80% of its coldness. It’s constructed well, it just doesn’t stay frozen for very long at all.
