Great Vitamins – My Mom Loves Them! I bought these for my mom, and they’ve been amazing! They give her lots of energy and are especially good from this brand. The taste is delicious, and the quality is very high. They’re small and easy to swallow, which makes them perfect for daily use. This vitamin helps with many things and has no side effects. Just make sure to take it in the morning with breakfast!

I have noticed since I have started taking this vitamin B12 supplement that I have been having gas at night. I wouldn't buy this product again. I am considering going back to the B12 injections.
