It's a very very nice coffee maker. I bought it to use for Ice Tea, but - - -it doesn't make enough to last a day for me. Gave it to my daughter who drinks ice coffee and she loves it. I had to buy the actual 3qt ice tea maker that looks just like this machine, but is white. I really really wanted the black one as it's very sleek looking. Hated to give it up, but 2 1/2 qts just isn't enough for a day for me. I'm giving it 5 stars because it definitely is a good machine, just not a big enough pitcher for me.

Beautiful Rose with one HUGE THORN

I purchased mine in November of 2015, and used it to make iced tea. In the summer it's a lifesaver. It's easy to use and very convenient because there aren't a lot of parts so clean up is a breeze. Only negative is that darned pitcher. It cracks easily rendering the machine....useless! I've had to replace it three times. I'm trying to find another one today.
