Good for dry skin in arid climates

I use this all the time. I live in an arid climate and my dermatologist said to use it as my hands & feet just dry out. It's really great for getting the hydration my skin is craving (specifically the salicylic acid). It says it's odorless but there is a light chemically soapy scent but it's not a slap you in the face scent and disappears as it dries. It's just a cool, white cream that you rub on. It takes a few minutes to dry but your hands feel smooth & hydrated afterwards. A little bit goes a long way so it will last a while.

Recommended by my daughter’s dermatologist for her thickened eczema skin on her hands but it burns on any patches of eczema with reddened cuts and we can’t use it. The burning doesn’t stop after a few minutes either. We needed to wash it off. However the cream itself feels very smooth and silky and rubs in smoothly. There isn’t any smell either which is nice.
